This policy explains what information FootyScoreLive ("we", "us") collects when you use our website or the Footy Score Live app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide: when you subscribe to a VIP package, we collect your phone number (for M-Pesa payments) or email address (for Paystack payments and receipts). This is used solely to process your payment, activate your subscription, and let you restore access if you reinstall the app or switch devices.
Automatically collected information: like most websites, our server logs standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. Our advertising partner, Google, may also collect information via cookies — see the section below.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use Google AdSense to display advertising on this site. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

When we run advertising campaigns we may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and the Google tag (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads). These place cookies and send limited event data — such as pages viewed, checkout started and purchase completed, along with the amount and package name — to Meta and TikTok, so we can measure which adverts led to sign-ups and show relevant ads.
You can control this via Meta Ad Preferences, TikTok's privacy settings, Google Ads Settings (or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on), or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. The equivalent Meta and TikTok SDKs may also run in our Android app for the same purpose.
Payments are processed by Safaricom M-Pesa and Paystack — we never see or store your M-Pesa PIN or card details; those are handled entirely by the payment provider. Football data is supplied by a licensed sports-data API. Advertising is served by Google AdSense, with campaign measurement by Google, Meta and TikTok.
We keep payment and subscription records for as long as needed to support your account and meet our accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time — see Contact below.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the Contact page.
This service involves betting-related content and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
